The highlights
Juliet of Rolfing Resilience was frustrated with her website. She had a beautiful layout, great images, and a lot of content. But she wasn't getting new clients from her site, and very few folks clicked beyond her homepage. Though she had a good amount of educational content it was all highly technical, written for fellow Rolfers and medical professionals. We needed to find out WHY folks chose Rolfing over other method of pain relief, and what kept them coming back to Juliet.
We created several Customer Journeys to pain relief by studying Juliet's previous clients, mapping their challenges, purpose, and goals. In doing so, it quickly became clear that people seeking help for pain were really looking to find a way to get back to living their lives. They were willing to try new methods, and especially options that didn't involve surgery or drugs.
In many cases clients were seeing great improvement after just a few Rolfing sessions, and were willing to continue investing in treatments longterm. The relief outweighed the cost and easily fit into their busy lives so they didn't miss a beat.
By revamping the content of Juliet's site to highlight folks had an alternative option to living with pain or choosing surgery, we demonstrated to potential clients how they could regain the lifestyle they craved. New clients now come in and describe their personal situations to Juliet, citing how they are similar to the examples on her website. But even more importantly, they come to their first visit willing to make an investment in their health and eager to become long-term clients.
